The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 working days from receiving the products. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication via registered mail (with acknowledgment of receipt) to the following address:
Shitek Technology Srl, Via del Lavoro 20/22 - 36040 Grisignano di Zocco (Vicenza), Italy.
The communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent by the Consumer before the expiration of the withdrawal period. To avail oneself of the right of withdrawal (or product return), it is necessary that:
- The customer expresses their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above.
- The purchased item is unused, intact, and returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, brochures, etc.)
- The product is returned within the specified timeframe and in the manner described above.
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Subsequently:
- Once the goodsarrives at our warehouse, it will be examined to assess any damages or tampering not resulting from transportation.
- Once the integrity of the returned product is verified, Shitek Technology will proceed to refund the Consumer the amount paid for the Products and/or Services covered by the sales contract subject to withdrawal.
- The refund covers only the price of the product and will be made within 30 days from the expression of the withdrawal, but not before receiving the returned goods at our warehouses.
- The only expenses borne by the Customer are those related to the return of the product.
The Customer must take reasonable care of all products while they are in their possession.
